International Women's Day Ballet Barre

In celebration of International Women's Day and Women's History Month, I'm offering a complimentary Beautiful Ballet Barre+ class!
We will kick off a new season of mindful movement with a gentle, adaptive beginner and beyond level online ballet barre with one or two optional freestanding exercises.
Gentle, joyful, adaptive, suitable to all levels and genders. Dancers will be encouraged to express themselves through classical dance movements.
You will receive a Zoom link to join live.
Online Workshop
Friday "before work" here in western Europe, this class will be Thursday evening Hawai'i time and on the US West Coast.
